How to get to Global Village and what’s new this year?

It reopened on Tuesday, beginning its 26th season in Dubai’s Global Village. Families can enjoy the event beginning at 4pm and continuing until April 10, 2022. Over the cooler months, Dubai holds the popular festival, which showcases pavilions from countries throughout the world.

About tickets

Ticket purchases for Global Village do not need to be made in advance; you can purchase them at the event. Global Village’s website and official app are also available for purchase. Ticket only costs Dh15, or a ticket bought at the gate costs Dh20. Free admission is available to children under the age of 3 and senior citizens over 65.

About Opening Times

On Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday, Global Village will remain open until 12am, and on Thursday and Friday, it will remain open until 1am. Except on official public holidays, Monday is a day for ladies and families.

How to Get There

Except on official public holidays, Monday is a day for ladies and families. Driving time from Dubai Marina is approximately 20 minutes, and driving time from Downtown Dubai is approximately 25 minutes.

About Pavilions

There are 26 Pavilions this year: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Africa, America, China, Egypt, Europe, India, Iraq, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Yemen and Russia.

Al Sana’a pavilion and Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation are also making their returns to give Emirati entrepreneurs the opportunity to sell their products.

What’s New this year?

There will be 26 pavilions in the global village for its 26th season. In addition to this, the Iraq Pavilion will be showing 80 cultures from around the world, giving guests a chance to experience some of the rich culture this country has to offer.

As well as the themed area for children, a Peter Rabbit Adventure Zone is coming, which will offer a series of fun and interactive activities based on the much-loved childhood character.

A new location on the park’s lake, which will overlook a Fire Fountain show, will make it easier for guests to experience the floating market of the attraction, offering more room.

About Shows and Events

During its 26th season, Global Village will host more than 40,000 shows and events. There are many entertainment options for the whole family to enjoy, ranging from the regular fireworks displays every Thursday and Friday evening at 9pm, to the new Burn the Floor dance show and the impressive Harbour Force Stunt Show.
