Talking about her ‘why’ and purpose towards an inspiring professional journey, Nino shared, “Human heart and mind were always a fascinating subject that kept me curious. When, later in life, I became a believer in Christ, the significance of human spirit became so obvious in dealing with human wellness, that a holistic approach to emotional and mental recovery made perfect sense”.

Nino’s wellness coaching program provides lasting recovery from many emotional and mental health problems. While sharing some facts about her success, Nino revealed, “My specialty found me, in a way: Initially people reaching out for my help were overwhelmingly clients with anxiety and trauma issues. I have since helped a wide range of people with many other concerns as well.
One of the most exciting experiences of my program are women’s 4-5 day retreats where ladies travel with me to a most relaxing, beautiful, natural environment and are educated, heard and released from emotional stress and residue of trauma, that is a cause of many problems in relationships, mental blockage, lack of professional success and a drain physically”.
Modern day challenges include personal and professional struggles that often leave individuals with issues they struggle to resolve. Nino’s process integrates several therapeutic methods for amazing results. She states, “Professionals struggle with tremendous pressures today: anxiety, depression; lack of confidence, productivity and focus; fears of redundancy; pressures of parenting or interpersonal and familial conflict, weight of competition. These concerns continue to grow and create enormous demands and damage. People don’t know how to effectively get a handle on the problems stated above; many individuals, ( teenagers especially) are unclear about their purpose and identity,- I help my clients with all of these issues through Rapid Therapy and Coaching, Speaking, Retreats and Educational workshops”.
Nino strongly believes in the power of the human mind. She considers it the best gift from God, but she feels that humans often fail to understand its true potential to overcome problems and suffering. Discussing the power of the human mind and its healing capabilities, Nino shares, “We are all capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for and can imagine! Our bodies are designed to heal; our hearts are extraordinarily resilient, our minds have the power to transform us and our spirit is there to know the ultimate Designer who made it all to function so marvelously”. She uses the term “mindflow”, to indicate that our minds transform all the time, like our brain,- experiencing neuroplasticity and transformation throughout life; therefore, our minds are capable and open to be directed through our choices and decision-making.
Nino advises leaders to understand the value in serving others. She asserts that true leaders are open to learn and willing to listen to all views, ideas and feedback. They encourage innovation and risk-taking. They are fearless because they understand complacency is a way to stagnation, which may lead to destruction. She conveys a moving message to all around us,
“Your uniqueness, gifting , skills, challenges, pain and dreams are a tapestry designed by God. No matter how thin, tethered, faded, brilliant or strong,- every thread has its place and meaning and is creating a masterpiece. Remember to be grateful for it always”.
