Dubai, UAE — The Impact Global Women Leadership Awards 2026 concluded with resounding success, honoring exceptional women leaders from diverse industries, regions, and professional backgrounds. This year’s ceremony shone a spotlight on innovators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, educators, sustainability advocates, and community builders whose contributions continue to reshape the global leadership landscape. Dignitaries including CEOs of several family offices and investors attended the event including H. E. Yaqoob Al Ali, H. E. Juma Al Madani and members of the office of H. H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi. The founder of Impact Leadership Program and the powerhouse behind Impact Global Women Leadership Awards, Nousheen Mukhtar welcomed a room full of leaders with a powerful keynote speech. During her keynote address at the Impact Global Women Leadership Awards 2026, Nousheen Mukhtar delivered one of the most memorable and energizing speeches of the evening. Her message centered on the transformative power of women’s leadership, the responsibility of influence, and the urgency of shaping a more equitable and sustainable future.

The awards recognized women who have demonstrated outstanding resilience, strategic vision, and a commitment to driving meaningful change within their sectors. From technology and finance to healthcare, creative industries, and social impact, each honoree embodied the spirit of progress and empowerment that the event seeks to amplify. This season’s winners included women from the USA, South Africa, Bahrain, Germany and the UAE. Winners in sustainability and mining fields include Maphepane Pepsi Baiocco, and Eng. Samya Salem Alsereidi. The trailblazer in architecture named Ines Miersch-Suess joined us in the ceremony. The health and wellness awards were won by Juwell Addis Harley, and Hadil Al Khatib. The tech awards were won by Shabnam Sarjami and Lubna El Bannan. Other winners included Zarina Fayzidinova, Dr. Maha Hosain Aziz, Sirine Dia, Fariha Fatima, Nisha Sanghani, Nareman Shukralla, Gina Nelson, and Raneem Zaarour. The ceremony was supported by four distinguished sponsors including Ahmed Al Maghribi Perfumes, ABC Perfumes Group, Iconic Coffee Group and Breathe Organics skincare company.

In alignment with the event’s commitment to global responsibility, the ceremony also featured a special celebration of World Environment Day. This segment was delivered in collaboration with Gazelles Management Consultancy, whose founder, Sweta Pandey, presented a compelling and deeply informative session on corporate responsibility within the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework. The presentation emphasized the urgent need for organizations to embed sustainability into their core strategies, highlighting practical pathways for reducing environmental impact, strengthening governance structures, and fostering social equity.

A key highlight of the evening was the Future Leadership Forum, an deep discussion led by four seasoned leaders, who shared insights to cultivate the next generation of global leaders. The forum was steered by Sandi Rich Saksena while Dr. Mariam Shaikh, Ahmed Al Mahmood, Dr. Anumeha Bhatnagar and Dagmara Asbreuk shared their wisdom and experiences. The attendees expressed how inspired they felt by the forum’s mission to equip future leaders with the mindset and tools needed to navigate an increasingly complex world.
