Fajardo’s professional journey began in the aviation industry, where she served with global carriers including Emirates Airlines, Evergreen International Airlines, and Kuwait Airways. Those years shaped her early leadership style—rooted in cultural intelligence, service excellence, and the ability to connect with people from every background. Her transition into corporate sales and marketing with Al‑Futtaim further sharpened her business acumen, giving her a deep understanding of organizational growth and client relationships.
But beneath every role she held, one passion remained constant: empowering people to grow.
That passion eventually led her into the world of learning and development, counseling, and behavioral support. Fajardo founded Monarch International Learning & Development Centre, an innovative hub offering after‑school enrichment, academic support, test preparation, language programs, and holistic development for both children and adults. Under her leadership, Monarch became known for its nurturing environment—one where confidence, curiosity, and personal development were intentionally cultivated.
Her commitment to meaningful impact pushed her further into specialized behavioral work. Fajardo is certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence‑based approach widely used to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder. She is also a certified Special Educational Needs (SEN) Professional, working closely with individuals with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Her approach blends structure with compassion, ensuring that every learner feels seen and supported. She is currently completing her certification and licensure in International Behavioral Therapy and Behavior Analysis, reinforcing her dedication to continuous learning.
Sellah Global Events & Consultancy emerged as the natural next chapter—a culmination of her years in leadership, education, behavioral practice, and community engagement. Through Sellah, Fajardo helps organizations navigate high‑impact initiatives with clarity and intention.
