Nousheen Mukhtar Celebrates Women Leadership in Recent Event
Global Women Leadership Awards was an event to celebrate the commendable efforts and achievements of women leaders across various industries launched on 3rd June 2022 by Nousheen Mukhtar. This was the second season for the women leadership summit officially held every year by Nousheen Mukhtar International. Women from different industries, companies and countries participated in the event to celebrate their contributions towards economic and socio-political developments all across the globe.
The awards ceremony was held in Double Tree by Hilton Al Jaddaf. The ambassador of Moldova, Mr. Victor Haruta and the ambassador of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Mr. Hubert John Charles chaired the ceremony. In their addresses both ambassadors appreciated women entrepreneurs and encouraged them to connect with women in business from Moldova and the Commonwealth of Dominica.
The awardees expressed their gratitude toward the opportunity and shared the touching facts related to their journeys.
This ceremony had more than 40 awardees in various categories including healthcare, wellness, education, IT, green technology, energy, marketing, trade, coaching, art, photography and many other disciplines. The jury members including Sandi Saksena, Anul Mundra and Bina Mathews attended the ceremony too. The awards were given away by Nousheen Mukhtar herself accompanied by Mrs Fatima Lutfi the Chairwoman of Alshumookh Group, Dubai.
Alifia Kachwala received her award in corporate banking and finance; Afreen Khan was endorsed for IT education; while Ana Caragea won the award for leadership in business coaching.
Anne Mathew won the award for excellence in construction and real estate for life long exponential achievements in her work in this field. Aysha Suleiman won the award for excellence in HR – She is a multi-award winning HR professional from Ras Al-Khaima. Apporva Mishra a dentist by profession and a leader for innovating in patient communications and services by using technology has been awarded for excellence in oral and dental healthcare.
Chayya Bassi, co-founder and chief loyalty consultant won an award for excellence in brand loyalty programs. Cathy Dimarchos won an award for excellence in business advisory and mentoring entrepreneurs. Khair ull Nissa Sheikh won an award for excellence in trade and investments, while Ghazala Suleiman won an award for educational development in teaching Islamic studies. Maitha Albalooshi has been working to inspire and empower youth in the UAE and she won an award for youth leadership.
Zahra Al Darwish is a versatile and dynamic multi-award winning entrepreneur who is also an author and a great public speaker, she won an award for business leadership excellence in the ceremony. Mariam Ketait was awarded for diversity and digital inclusion. Maria menezes won an award for social technology for her innovative platform called the Circle of Grey. Meead Moustafa a hardworking and innovative nurse was awarded for excellence in her field. Mona Tajarbi, the Emirati influencer and multi-award winning entrepreneur won the best influencer award.
During the ceremony, inspiring Neetu Choudhary was awarded for public speaking, while, Monalisa D’almeida was awarded for creating great content as a blogger. She stand tall among majority of bloggers in her niche and her content carries her unique personal touch generously. Noshin Pracha, travelled all the way from Pakistan and joined the ceremony to be awarded for her work for work in the field of education and society. She runs an NGO for the education of young girls and serves humanity selflessly. Pratibha Tiwari received an award for best emerging retail brand. She supports talent from her home town and allows them to find new buyers from the UAE; the intention of empowering talented and skilled manufacturers who work from homes is noble.
Wellness and spirituality are of utmost importance, Riddhi Udhwani received an award for energy healing. Sana Buchoo was endorsed for her talent in corporate compliance and law. Saman Nawaz received an award for best photography; her work deserves appreciation and praise. Sameera Fernandes received an award for excellence in CSR as she is making corporate work consciously on social responsibility. Dr. Satnam Deuchakar was awarded for excellence in green energy; while Sanja Radlovacki won an award for excellence in diplomacy.
Coaching is important for success and a strong sense of direction. Senem Anataca is a great life coach who has been touching the lives of thousands for a positive impact. She won an award for being the best life coach in the Global Women Leadership Awards ceremony. Shadab Noorzad received an award for being the most inspiring Afghan woman who has been inspiring many others towards a life of dignity with great courage. Sunita D’almeida received an award for best corporate executive.
The field of medicine needs specialists and it is challenging to solve the HR recruitment challenges for the hospitals, however, a great solution is provided by Fast Track Solutions led by Seema Zaidi. Seema received an award for excellence in healthcare resource development. Sweta Pandey, a driven and dedicated business mentor was awarded for her excellent mentorship offered to businesses and entrepreneurs.
