Excelling in Banking & Finance – Neha Kothari Singh

An icon in finance, Neha has over sixteen years of proven track record and extensive experience in the Banking and Financial services across various markets including Dubai, Singapore, Bahrain and India. She has recently been working with an Asset management company with operations in Singapore, Mauritius and Dubai International Financial Centre(DIFC) with responsibilities of managing the group operations and service delivery. In this role, she has also successfully led the establishment of a Financial services license in Mauritius and DIFC, along with operations and compliance infrastructure of these regulated financial services entities.  

Prior to that, Neha was working with Commercial Bank International as Client Service Head, with responsibilities of  setting up the client service desk from scratch and managing it for the Business Banking division.  She has also held various positions in credit risk management, compliance and internal control with global banking institutions including  Qatar National Bank, BNP Paribas and ICICI Bank. Through her various stints, she has gained vast experience in assessing, monitoring and developing risk control processes and creation of operational capabilities across different business units.

Neha holds a Masters in Management Studies from K.J.Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai and B.Com with honours from Mumbai University, India.

Neha is a mother to twin girls and her husband Rajiv Kumar Singh is the Managing Director, Middle East for Acclime, one of the leading global corporate services group. She aspires to enhance her skills and earn unparalelled experience in the field of finance and banking. She advises women to work hard, remain diligent and focus on learning every day.
